When Blake was a wee lad he broke his arm. He fell off the couch. It seems to me that whether he fell on his own or was helped along by his brother is still up for debate.
The first time I saw this picture, Blake was careful to point out that this was likely his first graphic art. That's probably what the big smile is about; he's so proud of himself. ;)
